Welcome to Medology’s flagship medical and dental school interview programme—now in its seventh year.

Launched in 2020, The Interview Journey helped pioneer long-form, mentor-led interview preparation. Its foundations remain the same: sustained mentorship, repeated practice and enough time to turn feedback into meaningful progress.

Seven editions of experience come together in a 12-week training ground designed to sharpen how you think, strengthen how you speak and prepare you to perform under pressure.

You will be challenged to go deeper, explain yourself more clearly and approach unfamiliar questions with confidence. Your mentor will get to know your strengths, notice your habits and help you work through the things holding you back.

The ambition is simple: walk into your interviews ready to show what you are capable of.

At the heart of the Core Interview Journey:

• 35+ hours of live small-group coaching—focused practice, individual feedback and development across the programme.
• 40+ hours of on-demand tutorials—prepare before sessions and revisit key topics throughout interview season.
• Dedicated mentor support—guidance from someone who understands your progress and where to push you next.
• Extensive Medology resources—answer frameworks, practice questions, worked examples and DIY mock circuits.
• Panel and MMI preparation—build confidence across different formats, stations and styles of questioning.

Your live teaching format and additional benefits depend on your selected tier. This platform remains your shared learning hub throughout the Journey.
