Welcome to The Interview Journey!

Get ready to embark on the most transformative and empowering experience of your interview preparation journey. This is Medology’s flagship course—crafted to help you evolve into a confident, articulate candidate ready to shine in every interview. With sessions every Saturday from 10am to 12pm, starting 19th October, you’ll share this adventure with a small group of like-minded individuals, all working towards a common goal.

What You Can Expect:

• 10 Weeks of Small-Group Mentorship: 🤝 Experience an immersive learning environment where you’ll be mentored by an experienced coach, alongside 4-5 peers. Together, you’ll push each other to new heights, sharing every success and challenge.
• 30+ Hours of Practice: 🕒 No passive lectures here—each session is interactive and hands-on. You’ll be actively refining your skills, tackling real-life scenarios, and gaining valuable feedback week by week.
• 24/7 Mentor Support & Exclusive Resources: 📚 Your mentor is there for you, even outside of the weekend sessions. Plus, you’ll have access to cheat sheets, question banks, frameworks, and recorded content to enhance your learning and keep you a step ahead.

Weekly Breakdown:

• Week 1: Introduction & Reflection – Establish your goals, build confidence, and lay the foundation for the weeks ahead. ✨
• Week 2: Motivation & Work Experience – Articulate your “why” and make your experiences shine. 💬
• Week 3: Personal Qualities – Showcase your unique strengths with authenticity. 🌟
• Week 4: Ethics – Learn how to approach ethical dilemmas with insight and empathy. ⚖️
• Week 5: SJT & Professionalism – Navigate complex professional scenarios with confidence. 🏥
• Week 6: Roleplays – Practise handling challenging scenarios like breaking bad news or showing empathy. 🎭
• Week 7: Hot Topics – Discuss and analyse current issues in Medicine and Dentistry to stay informed. 🔥
• Week 8: Curveballs – Tackle unexpected questions like a pro, keeping calm under pressure. 🏏
• Week 9: Mock Panel Exam – Put your skills to the test in a mock panel interview, simulating the real experience. 📝
• Week 10: MMI Simulation – The final practice, a full MMI circuit to make sure you’re ready to shine. 💡
